Made by the Commissioner of Police under section 6 of the Public Order in Streets Act 1984 (the Act). This determination is the Public Order in Streets (Authorised Officers) Determination 2024. The Public Order in Streets (Authorised Officers) Determination 2020 is revoked. The Commissioner of Police of Western Australia delegates duties and powers to commissioned officers of the Western Australia Police Force.
