Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 september 2016, are required by the executors, carl macmillan and troy macmillan to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days of this notice care of d’angelo legal, [contact details redacted] applicants may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
