Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 19 August 2023, are required by the Executors, Shane Melville of Unit 147/[contact details redacted] Millen Henry of [contact details redacted] Jindalee, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to them at Unit 147/[contact details redacted] 6th day of June 2024, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
