Notice to owners and occupiers of land in the City of Nedlands, Town of Mosman Park, Town of Claremont, Town of Cottesloe and the Shire of Peppermint Grove to prevent bush fires. Requires clearing of grass and inflammable matter or creation of fire breaks by November 30, 2019, and maintenance until March 31, 2020. Burning garden refuse and lighting fires in the open air is prohibited. Failure to comply may result in a penalty of $5,000.
