Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estates of the deceased, who died on 16 november 2013, are required by the administrator of the estate to send particulars of their claim to the estates and trust manager, australian executor trustees limited of level 28, 152-158 st george’s terrace, perth, western australia within two (2) months of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has notice of and the administrator will not be liable to any person who has a claim but he has had no notice of it at the time of distribution.
