These regulations amend the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988. They relate to customer loyalty schemes and gambling advertisements, including restrictions and penalties for non-compliance. Subregulation (2)(a) to (g) does not apply to a person who publishes a gambling advertisement if they have written approval from the gambling operator.
