Made under the Family Court Amendment Act 2022 section 2(c) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the Family Court Amendment Act 2022 commencement proclamation 2022. The Family Court Amendment Act 2022, other than part 1 and part 4 divisions 1 and 2, comes into operation on 28 september 2022.
