To all parties interested in the 1973 leyland p76 deluxe—vin: 14547. The vehicle constitutes goods exceeding $3,500 in value to which part ii of the act applies. Any attempt to sell or dispose of the vehicle is not in accordance with the act. It is an offence to sell or dispose of the vehicle in contravention of the act.
