Orders for approval of scheme before Master Sanderson in chambers on 7 February 2017. The scheme varies the terms of the charitable trust established by the will of Victor Charles Felstead. The Public Trustee’s and the Attorney General’s reasonable costs and expenses be paid out of the trust property.
