In the matter of the estate of Roslyn Dawn Smith, late of [contact details redacted] Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 16th day of May 2022, are required by the substitute executor, Rohan Munro Wilson, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, [contact details redacted] Western Australia, by the 7th day of November 2022, after which date the said substitute executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
