The organism Pomovirus solani is declared under section 12(1) of the Act to be a prohibited organism and is assigned to the control Category 1 (C1)—Exclusion under regulation 8(1)(a) of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regulations 2013. The organism is assigned to the Prohibited keeping category under regulation 8(2)(a) of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regulations 2013 for the whole of the state.
