The council of the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale resolved on 24 July 2017 to make this local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Dust and Building Waste Local Law 2017. The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Dust and Sand Local Law 2008 is repealed. This local law comes into operation 14 days after publication.
