Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 april 2022, are required by the executor, mr robert sceales, to send particulars of their claims care of sceales lawyers, po box z5305 st georges terrace, perth, wa, 6831, telephone: (08) 9322 8479, by the date one (1) month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has then had notice.
