Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 5 April 2020, are required by the executors, Diana Lalor care of Loukas Law, [contact details redacted] 6005 and Owen Leith Garrett of Paragon Consultants, First Floor, [contact details redacted] 6009 to send particulars of their claims to the executors, care of Loukas Law, [contact details redacted] 6005, by 19 March 2021, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
