Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased, who died on 21st june 2023 are required by the executor david bull of 6 sefton place landsdale, wa 6065, to send the particulars of their claims to them within 30 days of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
