Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Augusta Margaret River resolved on 14 August 2019 to amend the Erosion and Sediment Control Local Law 2019. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Augusta Margaret River Erosion and Sediment Control Amendment Local Law 2019 and will come into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette.
