Under the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other enabling powers, the Council of the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale resolved on 16 March 2020 to make this local law. This is the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale Repeal Local Law 2020. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
