Under the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Manjimup resolved on 6 May 2021 to make this amendment local law. This local law may be cited at the Shire of Manjimup Health Amendment Local Law 2021. This amendment local law commences on the 14th day after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette.
