Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on or before 11 september 2022, are required by the executor, donna kaye may, c/o koleits legal, suite 10, 5 colin street, west perth, wa, 6005 to send particulars of claim by monday, 5 june 2023, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
