Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 may 2018 at st john of god hospital, subiaco in the state of western australia, are required by the trustee alistair henry stevens, c/- avon legal, suite 7, 9 the avenue, midland in the state of western australia to send particulars of their claims to him within 1 (one) month of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
