In the estate of cherise davenia aston late of 6 dunskey place, denmark in the state of western australia, driller, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 april 2024, are required by the executor, edward john fleming, c/- hfm legal to send particulars of their claims to him at hfm legal, po box 2124, broome wa 6725 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
