I, richard john rogerson, executive director, resource tenure division of the department of mines, industry regulation and safety, the delegate of the minister of mines and petroleum for the state of western australia, declare the blocks hereunder to be a location for the purpose of the act. The blocks are the subject of petroleum exploration permit ep 469 held by strike west pty ltd and warrego energy pty ltd.
