Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 January 2022, are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate, Andrew James Bourke of [contact details redacted], and Rodna Myrtle Pearce of [contact details redacted] their claims to the executors’ lawyers, Michael Paterson & Associates of Suite 4, [contact details redacted] 6017, within 30 days of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executors then have notice.
