Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 January 2022, are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate, Andrew James Bourke of 7 Shannon Road, Dianella, Western Australia, and Rodna Myrtle Pearce of 35 Leicester Square, Alexander Heights, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to the executors’ lawyers, Michael Paterson & Associates of Suite 4, 88 Walters Drive, Osborne Park, Western Australia 6017, within 30 days of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executors then have notice.
