I, Jared Andrew Barnett, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extends the exemption originally declared on 3 April 2017 and published in the Government Gazette dated 7 April 2017 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 2 April 2027.
