Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 august 2017, are required by the executor of the will of lilian burgoyne deceased to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executor of the will of lilian burgoyne, care of colin garber & associates, po box 257, victoria park wa 6979 within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they have then had notice.
