Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased, who died on 27 july 1997, are required by the personal representative, salvatore emanuele c/- carlo primerano & associates barristers and solicitors, suite 12, [contact details redacted] 6100 to send particulars of their claims to him by friday 23 june 2017, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
