An error occurred in the notice published for the legal profession (family court of western australia) determination 2022 of the government gazette dated 24 june 2022. The error occurs on page 3724 clause “5 increase generally”. Delete “5” and replace with “6”. Page 3725 renumber all subsequent clauses 6—10, to be 7—11 to read as follows— “7 maximum hourly and daily rates” “8 counsel fees” “9 disbursements”. Page 3726 “10 travel” “11 costs”.
