In the estate of angus macquarrie, late of bedingfeld lodge, 4 bedingfeld road, pinjarra wa 6208 and formerly of 7 apricot street, pinjarra wa 6208, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 5th november 2025, are required by the executor, john benjamin smith scott, to send the particulars of their claims to john benjamin smith scott of 3303/99 mill point road, south perth, wa 6151, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
