It is notified for public information that the Governor, acting on the advice of the Premier, has received and accepted the resignations of the following Ministers and Members of the Executive Council with effect on and from 14 december 2022 and appointed new ministers and parliamentary secretaries.

Amends the Firearms Regulations 1974 and the Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers Regulations 1996 regarding the definition of public authority.
Appoints Hon W J Johnston MLA as acting Minister for Regional Development, Agriculture and Food, and Ports from January 9 to 13, 2021.
Prorogues the legislative council and legislative assembly from the time of publication.
