Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 10 june 2016, are required by the applicant for grant of representation roberta sarah maclatchy care of leeuwin legal, unit 15a subiaco village, 531 hay street, subiaco wa 6008, po box 1095, subiaco wa 6904, phone: (08) 6424 9022 to send particulars of their claim to her by the 14th day of november 2017, after which date the applicant for grant of representation may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
