It is hereby notified for public information that the following persons have been appointed as authorised Bush Fire Control Officers for the City of Joondalup under the Bush Fires Act 1954, Bush Fires Regulations 1954, and Bush Fires (Infringements) Regulations 1978. This notice hereby replaces the previous appointments notice.

Requires all land owners and occupiers within the City of Joondalup to remove inflammable material and clear firebreaks by October 31st annually to control bushfires.
Prohibits the burning of garden refuse or rubbish within the City of Joondalup at all times during the year.
Approves amendment to City of Joondalup Local Planning Scheme No. 3 regarding short-term rental accommodation.
