Notice to creditors and claimants. Estate of the late George Maxwell Evans of 153 Wellington Street, Mosman Park, WA, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 30 April 2019 are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor Vincenzo Zappavigna of Po Box 242 Scarborough Wa 6922 in writing within one month from the date of this notice after which the executor may convey the assets or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
