Frederick Ivor Roberts, Executive Director, Mineral Titles, extends exemptions originally declared on 26 May 2013 and published in the Government Gazette dated 7 June 2013 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years, expiring on 25 May 2019. Locality: Gnangara. Description of Land S19/348: Land designated S19/348 in the TENGRAPH electronic plan of the Department of Mines and Petroleum. A geospatial description is filed in the Department of Mines and Petroleum electronic file number M70/0772, document ID 2325622. Area of Land S19/348: 817 hectares approximately.
