This proclamation is the Commonwealth Powers (De Facto Relationships) Act 2006 Commencement Proclamation 2020. The Commonwealth Powers (De Facto Relationships) Act 2006, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
