In the estate of Thomas Henry Dobson late of Juniper Hayloft, 1 Lewis Road, Martin in the State of Western Australia, Retired Telecommunications Officer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 3rd May 2023 are required by the executor, Dawn Alice Dobson of 5 Grimbsy Close Kenwick to send particulars of their claims to her at 5 Grimbsy Close, Kenwick , WA 6107, by the date one (1) month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then had notice.
