Repeals local laws by the Shire of Gingin.

Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Gingin resolved on 17 June 2025 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Gingin Repeal Local Law 2025. This local law will come into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. The following local laws are repealed.
