Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 10 march 2025 are required to send particulars of their claims to the undersigned executor at [contact details redacted] the date of publication of this notice. After that time, the executor may distribute the estate among the beneficiaries having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
