ED301 Education Service Providers (Full Fee Overseas Students) Registration Act 1991 Teacher Registration Act 2012 Education and Training Regulations Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2017 Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council. Part 1 — Preliminary 1. Citation These regulations are the Education and Training Regulations Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2017. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2017. Part 2 — Education Service Providers (Full Fee Overseas Students) Registration Regulations 1992 amended 3. Regulations amended This Part amends the Education Service Providers (Full Fee Overseas Students) Registration Regulations 1992. 4. Schedule 1 amended In Schedule 1 amend the items listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
