Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 19 december 2020 are required by the trustee, care of mcfarlane lawyers, [contact details redacted] by 25 march 2022 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
