Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 february 2026, are required by the executor to send particulars of their claims to the executor at their office at crystal lawyers, [contact details redacted] 21 june 2026, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
