Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 july 2019, are required by the executor, kevin george short of [contact details redacted] their claims within one month of the date of publication of this notice to him, after which date he may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
