Kristian Hartley Dawson, executive director, resource tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 24 november 2010 and published in the government gazette dated 3 december 2010 for the area described hereunder from divisions 1 to 5 of part iv of the mining act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 23 november 2024.
