In the matter of the estate of Frank Jakovcevic, late of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 february 2016, are required by the executors mary sandra pallotta, frances pauline jakovcevic, and kristina jakovcevic-paratore to send the particulars of their claim to messrs taylor smart of [contact details redacted] state of western australia, by 14 february 2020, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
