In the matter of the estate of Frank Jakovcevic, late of 27 marvell avenue, spearwood, western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 february 2016, are required by the executors mary sandra pallotta, frances pauline jakovcevic, and kristina jakovcevic-paratore to send the particulars of their claim to messrs taylor smart of 1 regal place, east perth in the state of western australia, by 14 february 2020, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
