Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 16/08/2025, are required by the executor huong dieu kieu nguyen of c/- furstenberg solicitors & notaries, po box 3060, joondalup wa 6027 to send particulars of their claims to her within 30 days by registered mail after which date she may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
