Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, Derek John Knight, late of 6 Boronia Avenue, Nedlands WA 6009, who died on 12 August 2018, are required by the personal representative/executor, David Knight, 6 Boronia Avenue, Nedlands WA 6009, to send particulars of their claims to him within 30 days of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative/executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
