Declares certain vessels as emergency vessels and exempts them from restrictions on navigable waters and speed limits.

Declares vessels listed in Schedule 1 to be emergency vessels and exempts them from notices made under section 66 (Closure of navigable waters) and section 67 (Limiting speed of vessels) of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, subject to conditions in Schedule 3. Revokes previous instrument NWR-2020-204156 dated 30 November 2020.
