The boundaries of the North Lalang-garram Marine Park are altered to include additional waters, comprising the part of Western Australian waters described in Schedule 1. The area described in Schedule 1 is reserved as a marine park, to be known as the North Lalang-garram Marine Park, and classified as Class A. Deposited Plan No. DP408970 may be inspected at the Department of Parks and Wildlife offices at 111 Herbert Street, Broome; 17 Dick Perry Avenue, Kensington.
