The council of the Shire of Denmark resolved on 25 June 2024 to make the following local law: Shire of Denmark Fencing Local Law 2024. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Denmark Local Laws Relating to Fencing published in the Government Gazette on 29 May 2001 and amended by the Government Gazette on 14 November 2008 are repealed. This local law applies throughout the district.
