Made by the Governor in Executive Council under Section 23 (2d) of the Soil and Land Conservation Act 1945 on the recommendation of the Minister for Agriculture and Food. Clause 5 of the principal order is amended by deleting “10” in subclause (1) and substituting “11”; deleting “4” in subclause (2)(d) and substituting “5”.
