I, Peter Tinley, Minister for Fisheries, Western Australia, hereby give notice under section 97(9) of the Fish Resources Management Act 1994 that I have granted an aquaculture lease to Batavia Coral Farm Pty Ltd (ACN 165 570 794) at a site near Foale Island at the Abrolhos Islands for a term ending 30 June 2041. Details of the lease are available from the register maintained by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Perth.
